How to Roast and Peel Chili Poblano?

Steps:
1.  Wash Chili poblano and dry it with a towel. Brush the chili with little oil.

2. Place the chili poblano on your gas burner and roast it and turning it 360 degrees with the help of a tongs. Roast until you see the chili’s skin has developed blisters and begins to turn dark brown.

3. Turn off the flame and immediately transfer the roasted chili in a plastic bag and close it. Let the chili sweat in the moisture for a couple of minutes. This will help us to remove the skin of the chili easily.

4.  Take out the chili out of the bag and gently start peeling its skin. It will come out without much effort if it has been properly roasted.

5.Skin the chili and remove the stem and seeds.The seeds can be very hot so one needs to ensure all of them have been removed.

6.Cut them in bite size pieces and use them for different dishes like Casserole Eggs, Cream of Poblano Soup and many more.
