Flax Seeds are also known as Common Flax or Linseed. In Hindi they are known as alsi or tisi. In spanish they are known as Semillas de lino. They come in two varieties, brown and yellow golden. They are edible in nature and considered a great source of fibre and omega 3 fatty acids. They can be powdered and used to sprinkle over salads, cereals and smoothies.
